Suggested intake for Tongkat Ali 200:1
2 capsules with water each morning. Optimum effect should be felt within 21 days of uninterrupted use, then follow a regime of taking the capsules for 12 days, followed by a break of 2 days, before continuously repeating the 12 day cycle.
