Generally, no. Because we make such high quality products and don’t mass produce, there isn’t the profit margin that retailers would like. However, there are a few shops in London, Cardiff and the West country that stock Lewtress products. We operate a same day dispatch mail order service, so you can be sure of getting your products quickly.
The main difference is that tinctures contain vast amounts of alcohol and a small amount of herb. Extracts contain a small amount of alcohol and average out to contain at least five times the herb per ml. This makes Lewtress extracts far superior in their effectiveness.
We now make a comprehensive range of liquids and capsules. All are of the highest quality and strength to make them as fast acting and effective as possible. Our liquid extracts are also bioactive to enhance their power and effectiveness. This alone makes Lewtress products quite unique.
Probiotic means beneficial friendly bacteria that are vitally important for feeding and repopulating the good bacteria that are found in a healthy gut; at the same time the unfriendly bacteria are suppressed and killed off (a healthy gut is the secret to a healthy life and good health). Only Live Probiotic Kombucha can effectively do this.
Glucuronic acid is also a component of cartilage, and so supports healthy joints and tendons. The concentrates are designed to target more specific problems. All are based on Kombucha culture extract to enhance the effect of the various herbs.
It varies from person to person, but generally between a few hours to a few days. This compares with other forms that can take up to several weeks to have an effect, especially tinctures, tablets and capsules.

The jelly like substance in the bottle is actual growing Kombucha culture. This shows just how live and effective these drinks are. It is totally harmless (just a bit unsightly) and may be taken or discarded.
What one has to compare is the strength of the extract. In our own comparisons, we have found our products to work out a great deal cheaper. Generally, the lower the strength, the more you have to take. With our products, they are of the highest potency which means you are taking less. This is nearly always the case when comparing our products with what is available on the high street or from some offshore web shops that also have UK office addresses. Some of these products are of such low strength they would have no effect whatsoever!

Lewtress doesn’t supply anything that hasn’t been tested and proven in our own clinic. All of our products are practitioner developed for maximum benefit.
To date there have been no adverse effects. The only herb that may make a difference is St. John’s Wort. Antibiotics can also have an adverse effect on the pill.
Generally, these products contain only minute amounts of Kombucha, they are full of sugar and have no enzyme or amino acids and very little vitamin content. All will have been heat-treated or pasteurised which kills off any goodness that there might have been. We do not even recognise these products as healthy drinks. A course of our Kombucha would work out at less than £1 per day.
The herbal extracts contain only a small amount (15-20%) to help stabilise the product, compared to tinctures that contain up to 65% (and in some cases more) alcohol. Our Kombucha tonics contain less than 0.5% alcohol.
The probiotic drinks generally recondition the body from the inside out, detoxing the body tissues, promoting good health. Lewtress Kombucha has been proven to contain glucuronic acid, this element acts like a liquid magnet collecting toxic heavy metals such as lead and mercury from the tissues and ridding the body of them.

Unlike conventional medicines, herb based products have little or no side effects at all, generally not an issue.
These products are designed to be used straight for best effect, if the taste is too strong then add to a small amount of water or fruit juice (except Echinacea). Avoid food or drink for twenty minutes or so before and after consuming.
Quite simply, try halving the recommended intake or take less frequently.

If you are not happy with your purchase you have the right to cancel within seven days of your purchase, or seven days from the receipt of the goods (whichever is longer).
