Postage is FREE to all destinations (unless you choose tracked service). All products on this website are in stock ready for immediate dispatch unless otherwise marked.

United States and Canada: Delivery is usually within 14 working days. Extra security measures or adverse weather conditions may have an impact so we ask you to allow 28 days. Custom fees are not normally due.

United Kingdom: Please allow 3 working days. All taxes/duties are included in the price.

Europe: Please allow 3 – 6 days. Custom duties may be due depending on your country. You may need to pay these to your postal service before they release the package. Please check your country’s rules before ordering as these fees will be your responsibility.

Rest of World: Please allow 14 days. Custom duties may be due depending on your country. You may need to pay these to your postal service before they release the package. Please check your country’s rules before ordering.

Optional tracked service: You will be issued with a tracking reference when your order is dispatched, so you can see the progress of your order in the mail. Custom duties may be due depending on your country. Late delivery:
If an item is late, we will do all we can to trace it. Sometimes mail can be delayed for reasons beyond our control. In these situations we will offer to send a replacement or refund you if the item has not been delivered within 28 days.

Delivery

Large parcels may need to be signed for. In the event that no one is available to sign, goods will be returned to our carrier’s depot and you will be contacted to arrange a convenient time to re-deliver, at no extra cost.
